The main aim of this proposed partnership is to create an European partnership among educational centres and develop a practical and dynamic exchange of the values which adult learners have on being a citizen of the European Community. The objective is to bring value to the wealth of the cultural and social diversity within Europe and improve the awareness among students of what it means to be citizens of Europe.
Using our adult learners as main intermediators, the partnership proposes to employ several ICT methodologies (a Moodle 2.0 learning platform and a free group videconferencing system) to design, establish and develop an interactive exchange of the values that our learners and practitioners consider to identify them as European citizens.
