The visit to the Agrupamento de Escolas das Marinhas do Sal was both productive and truly inspiring.
Beyond the work sessions, there was time to capture memories, explore local culture, and enjoy the breathtaking nature of Rio Maior and its surroundings. The experience also included tasting the delicious flavors of traditional Portuguese cuisine, showing how hands-on learning and cultural discovery go hand in hand.
During intensive sessions, participants focused on developing the different stages of Digital Storytelling, exploring innovative ways to combine education with technology and storytelling.
But the experience didn’t stop there. After a day of work, there was the opportunity to explore Santarém, admire its stunning Gothic-style monuments, taste traditional convent sweets, and visit the famous Salinas de Rio Maior.
It was a perfect blend of learning, culture, and adventure, demonstrating that education goes beyond the classroom and thrives when combined with creativity, collaboration, and exploration.
