Objectives, Target Group, and Expected Outcomes of the ESEAL Project

The ESEAL project promotes social inclusion by equipping adult learners with fewer opportunities with entrepreneurial skills and a community-focused mindset. Through innovative educational approaches, it fosters active citizenship and improved access to the labor market.

Objectives

– Empowering Educators: ESEAL will train 10 adult educators (5 from Denmark and 5 from Italy) in social entrepreneurship and innovation, enhancing their skills to design engaging, inclusive lessons tailored specifically to the needs of NEETs and low-skilled adult learners.

– Designing Micro Lessons: The project will collaboratively develop, pilot, and assess 25 high-quality micro lessons centered on key areas of social entrepreneurship. Using the EntreComp Framework alongside innovative digital tools, these lessons will cover crucial topics such as opportunity recognition, resource mobilization, and taking initiative.

Target Groups

– Adult Educators and Trainers: Gain professional development and access to innovative teaching resources to better support their learners.

– Adult Learners and NEETs: Approximately 50 adult learners in Italy and Denmark will test the micro lessons, acquiring entrepreneurial skills that promote personal growth, social inclusion, and employability.

Key Activities and Outcomes

– Two Transnational Workshops: Hosted in Denmark and Italy to enhance educators’ competencies.

– 25 Co-Designed Micro Lessons: Created by trained educators, piloted with learners, and refined based on feedback.

– Inclusive Learning Pathways: Designed to support learners at foundational and intermediate levels of entrepreneurial competence.
