Learning to be happy
The institutions involved in this “Learning-to-be-Happy” project want to raise awareness of the needs of people in difficult situations due to the socioeconomic crisis. They will make use of their experience and expertise and contribute to build alternative paths and deliver a number of concrete and real alternatives for European citizens in difficulty in order to improve their life conditions.
The 16 project partners will co-operate in the most effective way to reach the highest number of adult European citizens, especially those alienated from education and training, such as early school leavers and the elderly, but also those belonging to other vulnerable groups or suffering from their personal, social and financial situation. They will provide them with some practical solutions to help them overcome what seems to be a hopeless situation for many of them and try to develop their self-esteem.
